The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
 Construction of the building in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes;
 Installation and connection of all necessary utilities;
 Site improvements, including parking facilities designed to meet operational and ADA requirements.
 Site lighting;
 Landscaping and irrigation systems.

Please submit your proposal for the applicable scopes of work, including site/civil work, structural steel (columns/joists), light-gauge framing/exterior wall systems, roofing and insulation, MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical), interior finishes; and any applicable included in the construction documents.
