This project is a closed remodel of the 1,100 SF Panda Express at North Park Center in Dallas, TX. Kitchen equipment, floor drains, and wall & floor finishes throughout will be removed and replaced. Roof top equipment will be replaced with the exception of the RTU’s. Trades Include: Concrete cutting, Concrete Patching, Structural Steel, Steel Erection, Stainless Steel, Finish Carpentry, Doors/Hardware, Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, FRP, Acoustical Ceilings, Silikal Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical.
