1. The Work includes:
a. The demolition of an existing building.
b. The construction of the Main building.
c. The construction of an Auto Shop Building.
2. The construction of the Main Building includes approximately 8,800 square feet
with associated utilities, as shown.
3. The construction of the Auto Shop Building includes approximately 4,800 square
feet with associated utilities, as shown.
4. All associated grading, paving, sitework, site utilities, and landscaping.
