SAN JACINTO JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Stage I: June 2026- July 2026 (By Owner) a. Install temporary portable buildings and complete temporary utility connections including water, sewer, electric, and communications. b. Owner shall install flatwork and temporary TAS/ADA compliance paths of travel to and from portable buildings. c. Above and below-ceiling asbestos abatement performed by separate contractor.
Stage 2: August 2026- May 2027 a. Complete new library building addition b. Complete library courtyard renovations c. Complete administrative office renovations. d. Complete auditorium renovations e. ​ Complete fire pump building addition. f. Perform new utility connections and installation. Complete north parking lot improvements.
Stage 3: May 2027- July 2027 a. Above and below-ceiling asbestos abatement of Rooms C112, C113, C114, D102, D103, D104, D105, and D109 (By Owner) b. Complete laundry room renovation. c. Complete Boy’s Athletic’s shower room renovation. d. Complete Kitchen snack bar renovation. e. Complete classroom reconfiguration and renovation affecting rooms B171, B144, B146, and B149. f. Complete paving improvements on the north side of the campus
g. Complete the majority of campus above-ceiling work, including fire sprinkler installation, lighting, mechanical, and finish ceilings.
Stage 4: August 2027- December 2027 a. Complete renovation of rooms C112, C113, C114, D102, D103, D104, D105, and D109. b. Complete renovation of Cafeteria Annex and support spaces. c. Complete renovation of new Life Skills suite. d. Complete renovation of Nurse suite. e. Complete all installation of new interior finishes. f. Complete remaining above-ceiling working including fire sprinkler installation. g. Complete finish ceiling installation. h. Removal of temporary portable buildings (By Owner) i. Complete paving improvements at east parking lot.

ABELL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Stage 1: Summer 2026 a. Relocate existing portable buildings as shown on the Construction Phasing Site Plan prior to the beginning of construction. b. Owner shall complete temporary utility connections including water, sewer, electric, and communications. c. Owner shall install flatwork and temporary TAS/ADA compliance paths of travel to and from portable buildings.
Stage 2: Fall 2026- Spring 2027 a. Complete new classroom addition. b. Complete administrative office renovation. c. Complete new utility installation and taps. d. Complete new classroom addition tie-in to existing boiler. e. Complete classroom addition grading, flatwork, and landscaping. f. Complete new detention basin.
Stage 3: Summer 2027 a. Complete all renovation work in the library, student commons space, kitchen and support spaces. b. Complete new secure vestibule and visitor entry improvements. c. Complete renovation of existing parking lots. (ADD ALT #1A)
Stage 4: Fall 2027- Spring 2028 a. Complete all renovations of approximately half of Area A including classrooms, science labs, teacher work rooms, and support spaces.
Stage 5: Fall 2027- Spring 2028 a. Complete all renovations of approximately half of Area A including classrooms, science labs, and support spaces.
Stage 6: Fall 2027- Spring 2028 a. Complete all renovations in areas as noted on Construction Phasing Drawings. These areas including parts of Area B and C. Spaces renovated include classrooms, corridors, and support spaces.
Stage 7: Fall 2027- Spring 2028 a. Complete all renovations in areas as noted on Construction Phasing Drawings. These areas including parts of Area B and C. Spaces renovated include classrooms, corridors, and support spaces.
Stage 8: Spring 2028- Summer 2028 a. Complete all renovations in the remaining parts of Area C, as well as Area D and Area E. Spaces renovated include visual and fine arts, athletic locker rooms, restrooms, gymnasium, and support spaces. b. Removal of temporary portable buildings, disconnection of utilities and demolition of associated flatwork performed by Owner.
