ITB KEY CONSTRUCTION

Here is some of the project information. It includes, but is not limited to:
Construction of a new single-story 140,000SF oAice/warehouse facility for Oncor, located at the southwest corner of Old V.V. Jones Road and V.V. Jones Road, Midlothian, Texas. Work includes site construction, site utilities, concrete foundation and tilt-wall, drywall, masonry, stone, metal stits/misc metal fabacoustical ceiling, cold-formed metal framing, flooring, specialties, glazing, doors/frames/hardware, roofing – asphalt shingles, TPO and metal, weatherproofing, millwork, solid surface fab, sealants, EIFS, metal panels, painting, folding panel partitions, loading dock equuoment, appliances, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alam, termite control, pavement markings and bumpers, fences and gates, precast concrete fencing, etc.

Estimated Start: December 30, 2026 – Substantial Completion: July 30, 2028
