Project consists of renovation and selective demolition within portions of the existing
Middle School/High School facility including the renovation of the existing primary girls’
and boys’ restrooms, renovation of the existing Band Hall and adjacent Locker Room into
and supporting new music program space, and renovation of the existing CTE areas. Work
will include selective demolition, masonry, metals, wood & plastics, building insulation,
openings, finishes, specialties and MEP.
