Base Bid: San Juan County is adding a 3,980-square-foot addition to its Administration
building using a steel post-and-beam structure with matching existing exterior finishes. The
project includes interior renovations to create an open layout, requiring the removal of an
existing exterior wall and an expansion of the Early Voting room. Existing utilities will be
extended, and new HVAC units will be added to supplement the reused systems. Phasing
will allow staff to remain in the building until interior work necessitates a temporary
relocation.
