This is a GC Awarded/Sub Bidding project.
This project involves full site work and ground-up construction for a new Saucy restaurant (a new KFC concept). The building is 3,300 SF and has a 500 SF patio. Please be sure to review the responsibility matrix on drawing sheet G002. We have requested the Geotechnical Report and will issue it when we receive it from the owner. Please provide any VE option ideas with submission of your proposal. Parkway is the awarded GC.
