Quay County invites sealed proposals from qualified construction firms to provide construction services for a new replacement hospital facility to serve the residents of Quay County and surrounding areas. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the New Mexico Procurement Code, NMSA 1978 §§ 13-1-28 through 13-1-199, and applicable regulations.

This is a construction-only procurement. Architectural and engineering design services are being procured separately. The successful Offeror will construct the facility in accordance with completed construction documents provided by the County.

THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR SHALL:

• Construct the hospital facility per the issued plans and specifications

• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision

• Comply with all applicable laws

• Obtain required permits and inspections

• Maintain project schedule and provide progress reports

• Coordinate with the County, design professionals, and inspectors

• Provide site safety management and quality control

• Deliver the project ready for occupancy
